ALD Dynatech designs furnaces for use upto 2,400 F (1,320 C)
Entire Hot Zone of ALD Dynatech vacuum furnace is faced with CFC panels which enables minimal, if not, zero maintenance of it’s hot zones, as a standard feature
ALD Dynatech vacuum furnace vessels are designed and manufactured as per ASME Sec VIII Div 1 U Code Stamped
ALD Dynatech provides double walled carbon steel and stainless steel vessels
ALD Dynatech vacuum furnace are equipped with internal heat exchanger and quench fan with motor
ALD Dynatech is fully geared to come up to the demanding leak tightness requirements of the vacuum furnaces for auto-component brazing requirement – it has demonstrated vacuum leak rates of upto 1 micron/ Hour

ALD Dynatech “Fit & Forget” Graphite Hot Zone also provides the lowest steady state heat loss figures of under 5 watts/ sq. inch at 2,200 F (1,200 C) operating temperature and lower values at lower temperatures
